\t\t\t\tThe Contract <\/strong>\nBy making an Order, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.\nWhen you submit an Order to us, this does not mean that we have accepted or will accept your Order. Our acceptance of your Order will only take place when we issue you with a written acceptance of the Order by confirming a place for you at the relevant Course, at which point a legally binding contract will come into existence between you and us.\u00a0 If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your Order, we will inform you of this and we will not process the Order.\n \nPayment<\/strong>\nCourse fees, including any additional transfer charges, are due in full prior no later than 7 working days before the Course start date or within the due date specified on our invoice, whichever is sooner. Orders made within 15 working days of the Course start date shall require immediate payment. If we do not receive the Fee in accordance with these Terms, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the Course.\n \nArrangement for payment after the course date must be made prior to the course. Where such arrangements have been agreed all fees must then be paid within 28 days of the course taking place. In the event of late payment we reserve the right to not accept future course bookings and to cancel delegates’ course bookings from your institution. We also reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding invoices at the rate of 2% per calendar month.\n \nYou acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to make any claim or bring legal proceedings in respect of any refund, credit note, overpayment or other repayment, howsoever arising, 4 years after the date on which the relevant payment was made.\nVAT shall be payable on all fees at the prevailing rate.\nIt is your responsibility to ensure that you and\/or the Delegate(s) attend the Course booked. You shall be liable to pay the Fee even if you do not attend the Course.\n \nCancelling or transferring a booking<\/strong>\nAll cancellations and transfers must be requested in writing to courses@inspiredfutures.co.uk<\/a> and we recommend you receive acknowledgement from us in return. You may substitute a delegate with another with no charge but please contact at least 7 days in advance of your course if you wish to do this, otherwise a charge of \u00a350 will be payable.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

We will not be liable for any expenses incurred by you unless the Course has been cancelled within 7 working days of the Course start date, when we will refund to you a maximum of \u00a3100 + VAT upon your production of original expense receipts. Inspired Futures Limited will make every effort to provide the services as specified, but, if for any reason beyond its control it fails to do so, neither Inspired Futures Limited nor its directors or employees shall be liable for any resulting loss or damage.\nInspired Futures courses are constantly updated and improved and we reserve the right to alter any of the courses\u2019 content without prior notice.\n \nAuthorisation<\/strong>\nBy submitting a booking to us, by whatever means, you are acknowledging that you have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person at your institution, therefore we reserve the right to pursue payment for your booking 7 days after it was taken.\n \nLegal Interpretation<\/strong>\nThe materials, training and courses provided by Inspired Futures Limited cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. Neither Inspired Futures Limited nor its employees, trainers or consultants can accept responsibility for delegates\u2019 actions, or those of other people reading the course notes or interpreting the training in litigation, or responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of relying on the training or the training notes.\n \nDiscounts<\/strong>\nAny discounts on Inspired Futures Limited courses are exclusive \u2013 they cannot be combined. Except for pre-agreed discounts, the higher discount will always be applied. Where discounts are offered these must be requested at time of booking, and will not automatically be applied. In cases where a free gift is offered, this will be delivered to the chosen address following full payment and the delegate\u2019s attendance on the course, and only when the relevant gift code is quoted at the time of booking.\n \nCooling Off Period<\/strong>\nFrom the date of making your booking with us, whether online, phone, fax or post, you have 7 days from which to make a cancellation without charge.
